Our Decades Tournament at Migos Toledo starts March 4!
Part game show, part weekly tradition, built from scratch by a host and a quizmaster who love production and competition.
Rich & Ronnie G's Trivia grew out of a simple idea - take bar trivia seriously enough to make it feel like an actual show, not just a playlist and a stack of questions.
We started with a handful of teams, a laptop, and a dream of turning midweek nights into the highlight of the week. Over time, the format tightened, the graphics leveled up, the music became part of the strategy, and the rooms got bigger.
Today, we run weekly shows across Toledo and Monroe with a full production setup, a seasonal Trivia League, and a growing list of venues and private events that trust us to bring the energy and keep things running smoothly.
RICH
The MC. The room reader. The sports fan. 🏈
Rich is the voice of the show. He walks the room with the mic, reads the questions, keeps the pace just right, and makes sure every team feels like they are part of the story. When things get close, he is the one narrating the drama between first and second place.
He brings a background in hosting and a love for competition, especially in sports categories and anything that feels like a clutch moment.
On show night, he is the one turning a regular bar night into a full-blown contest.
RONNIE G
The quizmaster. The producer. The techie. 🤓
Ronnie G designs the game itself. He writes and structures the questions, builds the graphics, programs the sound effects, manages scoring, and keeps the show synced up with each venue's A/V system.
Behind the scenes, he is running a full production booth, making sure every round flows, every score is correct, and every Lightning Round hits at the right moment.
If Rich is the voice of the show, Ronnie is the engine that makes it all run.
Game-show energy. Structured competition. Community atmosphere.
Trivia is more than random facts. Done right, it is a reason for people to get together, talk to each other, and care about something for a couple of hours that has nothing to do with work or home stress.
That is why we build shows that are structured, fair, and clear, but still playful and fun enough that people talk about them all week.
We want teams to feel like they are part of a larger story, whether they show up once a month or every single week.
Make the rules clear and the scoring transparent
Keep phones down so the competition means something
Write questions that reward teamwork, not just one expert
Mix general knowledge with deep cuts and fun curveballs
Treat every player with respect, whether they are winning or dead last
Each show is the result of weeks of planning, writing, and production work. By the time you sit down, a lot has already gone into the questions on the big screen.
New questions written and curated each week
Six-round structure with a Final Wager
Picture rounds, themed rounds, and balanced difficulty
Big screen scoreboards and countdowns
Themed music that hints at the next round
Signature sound effects for Lightning Rounds and big moments
Weekly scores tracked across all venues
Top 30 leaderboard and seasonal standings
Highlights for biggest climbers and new teams each week
We partner with local bars, restaurants, casinos, and clubs to create nights that make sense for their guests and their staff. A good trivia night should fill seats, keep people around, and still let the service part of the evening run smoothly.
From weekly regulars at Stubborn Brother to tournament teams at Migos and fundraisers at community halls, we are always thinking about how to give both players and venues something they look forward to.
Weekly and biweekly trivia nights across Toledo and Monroe
Pop-up shows at places like Mayfly Tavern
Members-only events at yacht clubs and country clubs
Fundraisers for local organizations and schools
Private parties, weddings, and corporate events
The best way to understand what we do is to bring a team, grab a table, and play.
